I just processed this photo I'd taken in June. My camera's settings (white balance in particular) were incorrect, so it took some quality time in Lightroom to fix this guy...

For a few months I have been working with some great guys based in NYC to develop a business (and a big pile of software) to address the chargeback problem -- a problem that anyone supplying retailers in any volume knows all about.
